RETURN POLICY
All sales are final on all products once items are shipped. If items are not shipped, refunds may be given less a $1.13 reversal fee and less shipping costs (if labels are already paid for and printed out.) 
INCORRECT ADDRESS
We are not responsible for shipments to un-updated, incorrect addresses. Please double check that your shipping address is correct. (Your billing address may not be your shipping address.) If your shipping label has been printed (meaning it is paid for) and  you need to do a change of address, Customer will be responsible for the new shipping fee.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at sales@deeplyrootedmag.com with a photograph of the item condition to open a case. Upon approval and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
